| About the Denim Collection...
This gathering of denim jackets was inspired by my favorite old denim jacket.It traveled through many years and countries, from Chicago, New York, Paris, London, and Madrid. I wore it when I had my first art exhibit in Paris, France, to the last years rodeo in Whitehall. When I met the cowboy of my dreams and walked the mountains of Montana, it witnessed everything.
And so I thought, how wonderful it would be to create a collection of "Lucky Jackets" to become someone's favorite old friend and the idea behind the collection was born. Each jacket is made from repurposed soft denim. I have added silks, velvets, lucky charms, deer leather metal coins, and silk brocade to bring out the "personality" of it's new life as your own "Lucky Jacket". No two are alike... If one speaks to you , it's your lucky jacket!
